Dr. Heiko Müller

Dr. Heiko MüllerHe studied physics and mathematics at the Technical University of Darmstadt. In the group of Prof. Rose he initially worked on the calculation of charged particle optics instruments and in May 2000 he received his PhD for a thesis on image formation theory in the transmission electron microscope. In the same year he moved to CEOS GmbH and has been appointed as one of the managing directors in February 2015.
